Meet James – one of our Support Engineers team members. James assists our current customer base with any IT and Telecoms troubleshooting issues. He has extensive experience working with VoIP phone system and service desk engineering, mostly office based he ensures that issues get resolved within a timely manner, ensuring that your systems are running smoothly.
James is the training specialist for our VoIP systems and heads up all our training webinars to ensure our clients get the most out of their telecoms. He continues his professional development, completing the following courses: Draytek DCNA Router UK certification, certified Gamma Voice Engineer, First on Scene first aid training and Microsoft qualifications in Cloud Fundamentals, Mobility and Devices Fundamentals and Networking Fundamentals, Identity and Services. His continued professional development withholds Sand’s principles of always striving to provide the best possible service for our clients.
